1. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES RINNE BAGS ACCEPT?                  

We accept PayPal and direct credit card payments from all major credit card companies, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Stripe is the payment provider we use to process our customer’s card payments, it is a PCI Service Provider Level 1 which is the highest grade of payment processing security. You can rest assured that your information is safe and secure. If you are having any trouble proceeding with payment please contact info@rinnebags.com

 

2. CAN I HAVE MY ORDER GIFT WRAPPED AND/OR WITH A MESSAGE CARD?

Yes. We have two gift box options to choose from. Please check our gift wrapping page for more information.

Please write to us at ‘gift card option’ during checkout if you have a special request or would like to add a special message or message card with your gift.

 

3. WHICH COUNTRIES DOES RINNE BAGS SHIP TO?

We ship our products worldwide. If your country’s name is not mentioned on our shipping list we do apologize. Please contact us at info@rinnebags.com and we will guide you through purchasing a bag from our shop.

 

4. HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

International Orders

FREE SHIPPING

It will take anywhere from 2 weeks to a month to arrive(depending on your location). 

We do offer expedited shipping, however, there will be an additional charge of $20 with your order. The delivery time is between 2~7 working days (depending on your location).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing details of your order as well as a tracking number to monitor its progress.   

Domestic Orders

In Japan, we use Japan Postal Service( Letter Pack Plus) if purchasing without a gift box, and Japan Postal Service(YuPack ), if purchasing with a gift box. The delivery time is between 2~3 days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing details of your order as well as a tracking number to monitor its progress.   

 

5.DOES RINNE BAGS SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses, we suggest that you place a separate order for each destination. Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect your delivery to another address.

 

6.CAN I AMEND MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

We can amend your order or change your billing and shipping details only before your purchase has been prepared for dispatch. However, we are unable to combine orders or add new pieces to an existing order; once it has been placed, you will need to place a new order to add changes.

 

7. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from us listing the tracking number.

 

8.HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

When you request a return, please contact info@rinnebags.com and specify whether you would like a refund or an exchange within 5 days from the day you received your purchased product.
Items can be returned if the merchandise is in the exact condition in which it was shipped.The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost(it must be with a tracking number)and custom duties. Once the item is received, the cost of the bag will be refunded. You will receive an email from Rinnebags to confirm that the bag has been received and your refund has been processed.

  

9. WHAT IF MY ORDER IS FAULTY OR DAMAGED?

Any issues with merchandise will require a  case-by-case consideration to determine the best way for us to assist you. Please note it may be necessary to provide proof of the defect in order to process your complaint.

 

10. CAN AN ITEM BE MADE TO ORDER?

Yes. Our Bags can be made to order. If you are interested in a design from our site but it is out of stock or the design is not exactly what you had in mind, however, the colors and patterns are something that you are fond of; please contact us and we can provide you with more information on how to go about requesting your made to order bag.

Most of the bags listed on our site can be reproduced 5~6 times. Under each listing, you will be able to see how many more bags will be able to be made from the same fabric. The bag will vary a bit from the photo shown as each bag is made from a different part of the obi (sash).
